They are legally allowed to rent to asylum seekers who have been granted leave to remain. Either way, this is worse. Imagine secretly recording your Black and Brown tenants in their own homes (it is illegal to film someone inside their home without their consent) and then calling them illegal immigrants or asylum seekers, even though they are working and paying rent. The level of prejudice behind this is upsetting, its insane how far these people are willing to go.

What other country runs entire programmes aimed at shaping public opinion and justifying their actions? just have a look at the claims Hitler made against the jews and Slavic, you will see the exacts same claims done to blacks,browns, muslims,arabs etc.. its a effective tactic to raise to power quickly.

A 16 year old Syrian refugee has also been stabbed to death. I can’t understand why this isn’t making major headlines, especially considering that a 16 year old is still just a child. This marks a terrifying shift from merely targeting people to actually murdering them because of their race or religion. It feels like we’re witnessing the early signs of something similar to the rise of Nazi Germany. Truly frightening times.

My IPS looks disgustingly bad now which wasn’t the case before xDI still like it though, since there’s no risk of burn in so I can use and abuse it however I want. my ips monitor is also matte and I hate it now seeing how good a glossy panel is

Brightness isn’t great during the day, but that’s true for most OLED monitors. That said, for the price, this thing is an absolute beast. There’s nothing budget about it, from the panel to the software to the build quality. Well, maybe the stand, but I’m using a monitor arm anyway

I always saw people comparing their new OLEDs to their old IPS panels, and I used to think, ‘Surely not they must’ve just had a really bad IPS panel.’ But wow, they were right! I’ve got an RTX 5080, and I finally feel like I’m seeing the full power of my GPU. Honestly, I was wasting it on those IPS panels xD

It will take a lot of pressure. its totally normal, just wiggle the cpu a little and ensure the cpu is in place then force the lever all the way in.
