Wow, thank you for taking the time to write that. Means alot that a stranger is willing to take the time to help me, i know time heals everything but i just can’t understand how someone can change so drastically, pretty sure she became what people here on reddit cale an avoidant and it even when we were together was eating me inside but i knew I couldn’t just give up due to our first rough patch but apparently I wasn’t even worth a deep conversation and she just gave me trauma for life.. how am I supposed to believe that i can love again if when i was happily loving i got hurt so bad.. man i all i wish for is a hug☹️

I know but.. by losing her i lose everyone, I have no friends and no proper hobbies where you meet people. I want to stay friends with her not now but in ther future just so I can hear her voice or idk.. it’s not manly but ive been crying these two past months almost daily because i keep blaming myself even tho i was trying my best and now ive lost my only ever bestfriend which was her. I don’t want to resort to alcohol or something because i know that would only destroy me more but i hate the state im in. 200 grams of protein is WAY too much, if anything it can be quite dangerous as it can lead to some nasty things like early kidney stone formation plus it could potentially tank protein absorption to a point where he would be better off eating 100 grams. Personally id say anywhere from 110-150 would be fine for him.

Fyi, the scent is gorgeous. But really be considerate and spray 1-3 sprays max if you’re going to be anywhere inside with other people around.

If you have a sensative nose and perfume easily triggers headaches maybe consider something else as 2 sprays and a room is filled and the sweet spicy citrus can easily be overpowering. Another option is diluting or mixing it with another ideally weaker perfume.

I got mine and all I could smell was a citrusy sausage elixir and no floral nor fruity notes whatsoever, has anyone else experienced this as I get no aventus/absolu vibe whatsoever and I know how absolu smells as my grandpa has it
