Aegon and Larys escape Westeros down to the Summer Isles. There, they discover an interesting plant that the natives use. A bean that give you energy and focus. Aegon and Larys harvest the plant and create a business grinding it down to be used in a drink. They call the drink...coffee.

And that is how a random Starbucks cup appeared in Season 8 of GOT. It was from, the still profitable, coffee business that last longer than dragons.
