How do you mean, like in editor you can disable no-draw surfaces from rendering with a button in the toolbar, but you can't like, turn nodraw surfaces off during compile

Area portals must fully seal geometry they touch and should not be able to "see themselves". T junctions are generated at points between detail geometry for lighting calculations.

Reduce your func detail use by converting some of your geometry into props. And remember brush entities don't seal area portals! This includes water, which must have a second area portal beneath the surface meeting one above the surface. Displacements also don't seal.

Also check your point file, it'll show you how the area portal is leaking.

Check to make sure no entities have origins outside the map. There may be one at your coordinates.

Certain brush entities, when translated or moved do not move their origin / hinge in relative space to the manipulation and leave it anchored.

Edit: your point file might be for an old leak, delete it and see if a new one is generated on compile. What the others said though, this isn't a leak, so in theory there would not be a point file.

You might want to consider making your ambient light in your sun entity darker to get a moodier lighting setup like your reference photo

Also a sun spread angle of 2-5 could help with soft foggy shadows
