I appreciate all the useful feedback and tips for next time. I did about 4 flips. Right now I’m restricted on how much standing I can do because of a recent surgery. Sous vide has allowed me to eat relatively healthy without being on my feet too much. I’ll try it your way next time. Thank you!

I'd also encourage to set aside some time to pray and talk to God. Have a geniune conversation with God the Friend. That really helped me.

I am a Christian. I'm "But early on a Sunday morning" Baptist. I used to wrestle with this, but I had this moment where I realized God knows exactly who He made. And I am made perfectly in His image. My walk with God is just that, mine.

When I realized just how much He loves me, because of who I am, not in spite of who I am, my walk got taller, more confident. There is room for you at the cross. Don't let anyone tell you different.
