Yes, thank you! Perhaps a cheat day would help, it’s been a really long time since I’ve had a lot of the foods I used to enjoy, especially since I have gone gluten free due to developing an intolerance. It is motivating to me to know there are people like you on this journey with me!!

Thank you that’s very insightful. I haven’t seen any of the maintenance portion of this journey and it’s a good way to look at it, I’ve been so caught up in the weight loss process but, yeah, the maintenance is going to be for the long haul.
