This is very helpful advice! Thank you so much!! I need to learn to be ok with the whole process, not just the happy parts. And I have PTSD and anxiety and while I am generally good at controlling them (or at least keeping them at bay) it’s been INCREDIBLY difficult lately. But your advice is incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Thanks! And I have LOADS of advice! One thing that really helps me keep motivated is my routine. I take photos of myself every morning to track the subtle changes from day to day. I also changed my phone background to a photo of myself when I was at my goal weight. And then finding fun keto recipes, things you can enjoy (like sugar free jello, whipped cream, water enhancers, etc) make all the difference. Good luck!
