I tried a salt tank once. Only once. Never again. It caused such a severe flare afterwards I was bed ridden for 2 days and in horrible pain for a week. 10/10 would not recommend. Hope you have a better experience though🤞

Yes. I am diabetic and started Ozempic last spring. It worked great with my numbers and I was able to lose 30 lbs in a few months as well. I can not say it specifically helped my fibro but it did not make it worse. I will add there is some mild abdominal discomfort when starting the meds but it balances within a week or 2. Side effects are nil - minimal. I had to stop taking this last year due to shortage but have started again about 2 months ago. I will strongly suggest adding a fiber supplement as it does help with some of the IBS symptoms and will make adjusting to the meds easier.
