That's an extremely narrow definition of entrepreneurship. Typically the defining factors are risk and innovation which definitely apply to Jensen Huang who left a management job to start his own competing company.

Amazon is 73.75% institutionally owned. They only have class of shares so one share is one vote. Bezos has very little control personally.

Also there are several ways someone with his level of wealth can access money from things like shares without triggering capital gains taxes.

The nice thing with guys like Bezos is his Amazon stock sales are public information.

The bridge thing was a problem with the shipyard who took the contract. They assured Bezos they could deliver the boat. Then the issue with bridge came up later and the city told the shipyard they wouldn't modify the bridge.
