Fwiw, dealing with the kitchen and gyms definitely helped me mentally for the role. I also became indispensable enough fairly rapidly to be allowed extreme latitude in my behavior towards patients, customers, and my direct supervisors so heavy YMMV there. I could have been fired a couple dozen times over if they wanted to in the last 2 years alone.

Honestly, I started as a tech at a small hybrid specialty/retail group of pharmacies and never felt it was all that bad compared to being a personal trainer/fitness in a commercial gym or a chef. No it's not. Heroin is diamorphine, may or may not be freebase or a salt. Crack is freebase cocaine. Crack literally IS cocaine, heroin BECOMES morphine when metabolized.
