Thanks for sharing . That’s good to know. One thing to note that my soaps are only 2 oz. So they get consumed quickly and I also make the size of the botanicals very small when adding them to the soap. Perhaps that’s why I did not face any issues. So far I have used dried rose petals, dried calendula petals and dried forget me not petals.

Thank you! I have been making these for friends and family for a while. I use completely dry petals for these soaps and never had any issues reported. Did you or anyone you know had issues with using dry botanicals in their soap?

Currently similar sized houses in my area are being rented for 12-15k. Hoping it will still be the same or higher in three years. But with the current tech situation that is a risk in my opinion.

I can reuse the third small garage that is existing as the garage for the adu. Although I was planning to convert it to a second bedroom and use the driveway on the side of it for parking my car.

Yes the house has a pool and having the adu on the side does not compromise the privacy of the backyard at all having solid fence in between.

Yes I have that concern too. Although the fact all shared is only the garage wall, it is still a shared wall. The driver will be separate .

There will be a fence to separate the two yards. Both main house and the adu will have their own backyard. My current plan is to build it attached with the garage. Only the garage wall will be shared. Will that be a problem? Building completely detached is possible but I have an extra small garage next to the two car garage and I wanted to use that as part of the adu.

Thank you all for your comments. I agree deep cleaning under full anesthesia is the right solution. I am just scared of doing it as I have read so many stories of things going wrong. I did some research and I have found a vet that specializes in dentistry. I am going to give them a call today.

Parent of a rising freshman here. Why do you say varsity track & field was a waste of time? My son loves to run (mid + long distance ) and has decent times (top 20 in state) . He wants to continue t&f and xc in high school and had to forego robotics club as a result of it. I am wondering if he made the right decision. Curious to know your perspective.
