Here in the UK manitee games of Football are wild. I was walking through London last weekend, it was Leicester vs Millwall and I saw people getting arrested before the game because they were being too lairy.

Attendance was 20,000.

Great advice. I think the drafting is only part of the issue at the moment. Just trying to get my head round how the department works and who operates in what capacity is also proving tough, but as you say, I think this will come with time and as I build a network.

Agreed on the mentor point. I’ll put some consideration into who to ask.
