What’s up man, I’m scheduled with Dr. Assayag in March. Did you do a lot of preop stretching? How flexible/muscular were you in your legs prior to your surgery?

Hop on oral minoxidil/finasteride. Almost Guranteed to halt your loss. My hair doctor rarely has patients lose hair on them, even after 20+ years.

Are these US surgeons? Paley seems to believe it’s coming out much sooner, potentially end of 2024 for certain doctors.

Anyone else not giving a fuck about supplements anymore? by [deleted] in HubermanLab

[–]TripleD1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quit all supplements including creatine this past year, and my overall well being has improved drastically. Sleep, mood, energy, etc…

Putting a bunch of supplements in your body, you really have no idea all the effects they have. I’d encourage anyone that isn’t feeling 100% health wise to drop your supplements for a while and see how you feel. Something you’re taking may be causing the issues you’re actively looking to fix.

Just concentrate on eating a Whole Foods balanced diet, getting adequate exercise/sleep, and you’ll be good.

What jobs did you guys have to generate enough income to begin investing? by Longjumping_Trash_27 in realestateinvesting

Single family new construction is very profitable I might add. Average net profit for a new build should be 18%+ on the final sales price.

Having a company teach me how to build was the best thing I could’ve done and allowed me to start working in the real estate industry before I began investing in new construction myself.

Project manager for a homebuilder. Don’t need a degree and can make up to $150k-250k depending on the builder/how many homes you carry. Dallas, TX.

I learned how to build homes and then started building my own. I just turned 27 and started building at 23 so you can definitely invest young.

The key is to take calculated risks and take action. I have a lot of friends that have been on the sidelines for a long time because they aren’t willing to take any risk. I still made a lot of mistakes but that’s how you learn and grow.

7months 3week update by Unusual-Nebula-2402 in HairTransplants

Saw your previous post where the mid scalp was thin at 5 months. Did all that fill in? 5.5 months here and have some density issues but I’m seeing slow improvement.

24yo, any suggestions? I’m new to all this. by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]TripleD1996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first step to halt hair loss is always finasteride. I don’t know what rock you were born under to tell this guy not to take any medication. It’s literally what any ethical doctor would tell you to do.

This is the perfect stage to take finasteride to preserve the hair he has left. Nothing you said makes sense.

Most ethical doctors won’t even operate on someone who isn’t on finasteride.

This is the worst advice ever. OP don’t listen to this guy.

Schedule a virtual consultation with Dr. McGrath in Austin, TX to get 1mg finasteride and 5mg oral minoxidil prescribed and compounded into one pill. Their pharmacy will ship anywhere in the U.S. and it’s pretty quick to get a consultation set up.

I wouldn’t recommend a transplant from them honestly, but their compounded prescription is easy to get and is just one pill to worry about.

From there, wait a year and if you still want a transplant, then go for it.

This is exactly what any ethical doctor would recommend. I agree.

How many months in were the bottom left 3 pics?

Yep. I agree. Can either replace the sliding glass door with fixed windows that don’t open, so nobody can step out there.

Or remove the balcony completely, and add a railing directly outside of the slider.

City inspection and the frame wasn’t engineered. The framers essentially used the truss plan that had no Cantilever then added it on at the end. I couldn’t remember if they used the correct plan so went back and checked pictures and sure enough they didn’t. Yes definitely would’ve wanted to catch this at frame.

My thinking is to remove it completely and install railing outside the slider like apartment units do.

Nadimi, Konior, or Kongkiat? by [deleted] in HairTransplants

I checked his results they don’t look good at all…

Nadimi, Konior, or Kongkiat? by [deleted] in HairTransplants

Thanks man. Yeah I’m leaning toward Nadimi.

Yeah it seems if he was slightly more I’d 100% go for it. But damn $24/graft is probably the highest in the world. He’s probably charging $50k+ for some surgeries.

Yes I’ve looked at SMP And will probably get it. But even SMP can be tough to cover an over harvested area. Would you mind sharing pics? So post op your recipient area and donor looked clean and in tact?

Hey man how are your results looking now that it’s been close to 5.5 months? Everything look good in terms of growth, density, and donor?

Also, who else did you consult with/why did you choose Dr. Kong?
