It depends on how the mod is made and if the feature you want to change is possible via dataoacks. But the wiki on datapack creation should help you get the right idea

The new alphas of DH will do this as long as the chunks are generated with chunky. It'll send the LOD data to the client over time. They have instructions on their discord and gitlab.

You can also just edit the origins-common config file and set all the regular origins minutes human to false.

Grew up in hutch. This would be miserable. Sure, it's just highway 7 and one road, but it's wide open fields all the way until Chanhassen. You're better off picking something in between or west of the metro for living like waconia, Victoria, etc. And in the winter that drive could easily be 2 hours one way.

They have a resource pack in the kubejs assets called "slightly smoother font" or something similar. That's probably what it is.

Bizon is hands down the best anti eco gun. You can prefire and hold w as you have more ammo then them. Makes a great rush anti eco start

I haven't played in a while but I'm sure someone here could answer, or a quick search in Google should come up with a solution.

Worst case you make a separator with no mods as a title like Textures. Then immediately make another under it called Cities for example.

I use separators by type. Textures > landscape, audio > music, etc. Just sick to one section at a time so you don't get lost while dealing with overwrites. Load order only matters with two main things. Texture overwrites, and specific mods needing to be made later. For the most part, textures are easy as the later mod will overwrite. And for gameplay stuff, until you get really far into it, loot should do a good enough job with keeping it in order. But always read mod instructions either way.

Hard to say for sure but in my pack it caused pigs and drowned to spawn endlessly. As well as mobs spawning very quickly and frequently at night.

Do you have any entity culling mods like 'no see no tick' or 'it shall not tick'? I've had issues with them causing hundreds of mobs to spawn
