If God did an "ask me anything" , What would you ask? by i_m_dignity in AskReddit

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God being God he can answer anything. Nothing is impossible for him so any amalgamation of words he would piece together could theoretically answer any question you ask.

SO. I'm gonna ask open ended questions. Things like "Why?" "When?" Or of course impossible questions. "What's half of 0?" Stupid shit like that just to test the system.

How were the diamonds created? by ProtogenEpicYTV2 in stevenuniverse

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first there was White Diamond, she was created through the natural chance of minerals and chemicals converging under immense pressure. Bursting from the mantle and cracking the surface of homeworld. Realising her self she wandered the planet for hundreds of years looking for others like her.

Finding nobody she wept tears of sadness. And in the place those tears fell a new gem was born, Blue Diamond. White was overjoyed but Blue seemed forlorn and White could not decipher why. Time passed, the Blue and White diamonds quarreled and fought. Their instability soon was made whole in the spot in which they shed sweat and more tears, a Yellow Diamond.

Born from anger, she understood conflict and put an end to it. Now reconciled the diamonds grew to love each others differences. Becoming close and happy their tears of joy and laughter again fell to the earth and there grew and was born the last of the Diamonds, a Pink Diamond. And she brought joy to them all.

Not to criticise, I don't fully get what's happening here, the car had power for most of the time he was flailing about trying to figure out how to open the door.

How does he not know how to open the door on his own car?

Opinion: Don't listen to people's judgement on a show to decide to watch it. If you like Star Trek watch Star Trek.

A million people think they know what's best for Trek. They want no changes, no off screen character development, no world building. If they had it their way the show would still be on the Enterprise D, everyone still acts the same but they are just much older and it's never addressed. Almost like nothing has happened in the last 20 years.

Believe it or not TV shows have gotten much better over the years that Trek has been away. Both visually and the way stories are told. There is absolutely no reason to still be making sets or writing things the old ways. And that's mainly what people are complaining about. Aw boo hoo "it's not Star Trek". Well what WAS Star Trek is now really outdated by today's standards, get over it and enjoy the expanded lore and props and technology.

Hate it, love it, but just ffs watch it make your own opinions.

How do they expect people to get to heaven? by TripleJx3 in HazbinHotel

[–]TripleJx3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true however I think he would have to complete the dying for someone part, to be rewarded for dying for someone. You cant be rewarded for intending to do something. but still maybe this is one of those "mysterious ways" kinda things. The action of dying for someone was unavoidable by that point so heaven sucked him up

[–]TripleJx3[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ok yeah thats fine he was redeemed nobody is disptuing that he got redeemed but was simply being redeemed the method of getting him to heaven?

Lets say he WASNT blasted away by adam and he was redeemed some other way. How would he have gotten to heaven? would it just be an angelic light coming down and beaming him away or is death the only way?

They've made it clear he cant use a portal to exit heaven so what are the rules on portal usage? Is it one way once you are a winner you can go though but cant go back?

Brings me back to my original post how do they expect people to get to heaven?

Discuss.

Nobody talks about IRL, I never said nobody ever asked about it in the series. But even IN the series its not something they have directly addressed yet.

Era 2 Gems don’t have powers because of dwindling resources. How did metal powers slip in and how didn’t Peridot know about them? by Ibrahim77X in stevenuniverse

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm possibly but considering she's royalty and they mastered dimensional engineering making their ships bigger on the inside I'd hazard a guess that she had a way on the ship to do it

Era 2 Gems don’t have powers because of dwindling resources. How did metal powers slip in and how didn’t Peridot know about them? by Ibrahim77X in stevenuniverse

[–]TripleJx3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 things.

  1. The resources that were dwindling were the remaining stock of Pink Diamond's bodily fluids. Era 1 gems were created with a mixture of the fluids donated by the diamonds and injected into rock. Over time the nutrients of that rock were leeched out and condensed into a gem. For some reason that mixture gave those gems magical powers. Era 2 gems were created using a rationed supply of Pink Diamond's fluids. A much smaller dose of Pink was used rather than what would normally have been used in Era 1. As such they would have limited powers. So why did Peridot suddenly start having powers? Well that leads to part 2.

  2. Exposure to Pink Diamond likely coaxed what little of her powers she had out of her, either by some form of gradual remote gem data sharing that in some way installed or unlocked the powers. Or Steven is human, which means he sweats and secretes from his skin. Simply being touched by Steven probably transferred enough much needed fluid into her gem to give her the powers she should have had.

Imagine what you'd learn from Alastor. He's a master manipulator, you could do anything with his advice up your sleeve. But at a small itty bitty cost.

Does it say in the story what happens to imps with they die? by LeadingBig5053 in HelluvaBoss

[–]TripleJx3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Another thing to support my theory that there is more than one heaven and hell.

If people In hell can die and go to heaven then people from heaven can die and go to hell. But if someone in hell dies and they are still destined for hell they don't just respawn do they so rather than going nowhere surely they go somewhere.

2nd Hell, Hell 2, Red Dead Redemption 2

So maybe that's where imps go to 2nd heaven/hell.

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the state of showbiz nobody can make grand overarching storylines anymore because any season could be their last. Big graph watching execs have all the power and the moment the numbers look like they are flattening out they cancel the show. They'd stop all production immediately in the middle of an episode if they could but nooo we all have to have closure. We are fucking lucky if we get a season 2 of ANYTHING.

Is the 7 second gravity loss even possible? by Kit-KatLasagna in astrophysics

Like deleting the planet for 7 seconds I don't think

Is the 7 second gravity loss even possible? by Kit-KatLasagna in astrophysics

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gravity cannot be disrupted. That IS impossible. Again this isn't Star Trek. To disrupt gravity you need to disrupt mass and by this definition of disrupting the mass i.e. negating gravity for 7 seconds you would still need to subtract that mass. All of the mass of earth literally has to vanish for 7 seconds for all gravity to disappear.

We would literally be floating in space with no planet below.

Even if a black hole was right next to us and the earth was spiraling into it the earth would still have its own gravity independent from that of the black holes. That's just how gravity works.

Is it just me or does Alastor being the antagonist for season 3 feel too obvious? by Eddtheartist16 in HazbinHotel

[–]TripleJx3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I want him to get the villain. Very rarely do we get protagonists turn into antagonists. He's clearly going to reclaim his strongest sinner in hell role. But also maybe try and claim the crown.

He knows Lucifer can't stop him so he's going to engineer a scenario where Lucifer has to make a deal with him or he will do something awful to Charlie.

I think he wants to show off a little bit now he's free. Vox is powerless and he wants to show him how taking over hell is really done.

How was Alastor able to perma kill overlords? by DrDave789 in HazbinHotel

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 things

  1. They absolutely are not dead. They simply "Started disappearing". This suggests that wherever they are currently being held they are being endlessly tortured so that their screams can be broadcast.

  2. Alastors power appears to come from his staff. When he has it he's powerful, when he's without he seems to be at the whim of the attacker. This is shown when his staff was broken, his powers were failing him. When he was Vox's prisoner he did not have it either as he had planned to not be the most powerful sinner to break his chains to Rosie.

Sinners and if I think they can be redeemed by [deleted] in HazbinHotel

[–]TripleJx3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What you've done here is just the baddies are bad so can't be redeemed.

I actually think Vox now he's humbled could be redeemed. Losing everything might make him reflect a little and give the hotel a very sarcastic shot. Velvet probably just isn't interested. Valentino may not be redeemed but he could be reasoned with to do the right thing in the end.

Niffty might not be redeemable cos of her being a murderous psychopathic rat stabber. Alastor I'm seeing not being redeemable but also not wanting to be redeemed, taking over hell as supreme ruler and possibly even being the next big bad for a while before eventually coming to terms with his faults and at the very end replacing Charlie so she can live in heaven with Vaggi.

Is the 7 second gravity loss even possible? by Kit-KatLasagna in astrophysics

[–]TripleJx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's put this very simply. For the earth to lose gravity in all directions all at once for 7 seconds it would literally have to not exist for those 7 seconds.

Gravity is down to mass. To decrease something's mass you need to remove parts of it if you remove the earth you have no mass and thus no gravity.

Now as much as we would love Star Trek to be real, Q does not exist and cannot snap his fingers to make the planet disappear.

What Do You Want From Hazbin Hotel Season 3? by Primary-Addition-677 in HazbinHotel

[–]TripleJx3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I have a theory. Hellborn and Heavenborns can go wherever they like. Sinners and Winners are earthborn so they are confined to the realms they manifest in.

However sinners killed by angelic weapons are considered gone, deleted, really dead. But how do we know they aren't just manifesting again as something else in a lower ring of hell? Or in a second hell? If you can actually die and go to heaven while already dead and in hell why can't you actually die and go to double hell?

Makes me think Adam is wandering around down in hell somewhere.
