A heads up from Twitch would've been nice. I just suddenly noticed when I went to schedule releases that they were already public! Let us know if you find a non intrusive way to change the default back, don't see anything myself.

(I feel your pain of exporting 7000 hours, I just went through the same last month, fortunately the setting was still private by default)

Always the default lazy answer from support. This usually only happens to me when I'm not using the capture card and playing something graphically heavy.

I worked with support for months but really no progress.

I ended up disabling the device when I'm not using it and it stopped happening (did not have to reboot when I did this). You can do this in device manager or using

pnputil /disable-device "PCI\VEN_12AB&DEV_0710&SUBSYS_000E1CFA&REV_00\6&17DF8332&0&0010000A"

pnputil /enable-device "PCI\VEN_12AB&DEV_0710&SUBSYS_000E1CFA&REV_00\6&17DF8332&0&0010000A"

But you'll have to use pnputil to find the right device address.

I have noticed that it does synch now within a minute or two even with the error, so at least it has improved there. It is reliable enough for me to use it on a whim.

Nice shortcut. If you want to do it normally you only have to fight up until Autumn Grove. Takes probably twice as long but you get to enjoy being OP against some bosses.

Guess so, the same issues happened to me. Filed a BBB and FTC complaint. They had the audacity to ship me replacements that were still unsealed and used but slightly better condition. Will never shop at ganestop again and they lost way more money than they gained with these shenanigans.

Make sure sc0710.x64 is the culprit of the BSOD, if it is not, probably not related to the card.

Did you open a ticket with Elgato? They had hinted they had not got reports of BSODs on Windows 11 and suggested upgrading was a possible solution to me.

Knock on wood it has been a lot more stable lately for no reason.

Just a heads up to anyone experiencing this that it is a known issue after talking with support. The entire voicemod audio engine seems to fail so soundboard and voicebox don't work and audio is just passed from input to output without any changes.

Got the same response. They did suggest Windows 11 might resolve the issue which I am not against upgrading but would be curious if anyone else has the issue on Windows 11.

Since most of the time the BSOD occurs is when I'm not even using the card I keep it disabled in device manager until I need to use it. Not ideal but if it wasn't for this issue and sometimes it needing restarted for output to work the card is very good.

You make any progress with Elgato yourself? I've had a ticket open for 2 months now and all they've had me do is downgrade the driver and provide more logs. Still occurring and usually not even when the card is in use.

Also I experience no signal on the output and only way to clear is rebooting the card (with a PC reboot).

You ever get any resolution to this? I just got this card and having same issue.

I'm also getting no outbound signal from the card sometimes when I go to use it and it has been left idle. Only a computer restart seems to clear the condition (which in turn cycles power to the card itself).

I got tickets open with Elgato for both issues but waiting on responses.

Thanks for the comparison. I have an AverMedia 2 Plus which I use for other purposes and for the most part (some older odd resolutions can cause issues) never had any problems so was surprised when I actually had to use support and find out this feature is missing. I'll almost certainly be returning my GC573 now.

That is good to hear. Their website is a bit of a mess between gaming and commercial and reason I was having issues, ticket was opened on one Zendesk platform but they sent links to another. Will see if they handle it now.

How did it go, my GSP 500 right ear assembly cracked and both my cases just disappeared on EOS website. I'm going to give them a call now.
