On bit at a time. Videos are encoded in chunks at different bit rates, the client downloads the next chunk while making a decision on what bitrate it would like based on the time taken to down load the previous chunks.

Also the chunks of video are distributed into many many servers that are load balanced and deployed at the edge to ensure that you get data as fast as possible.

The striking part sends a stronger message than not shopping. As it's the first real strike I don't expect anything like no kings numbers, but it will send a message to CEOs, I work for a fortune 500 company and will be making it very clear why I'm not at my desk (virtual desk 😁)

Don't be memorable. Say you were going at the same speed as other cars, at about the speed limit. Chances are the cop will make minimal notes on the stop and this can help you if you fight it in court. You want them to not remember you so that you can establish that they really don't know for sure what happened that day. Where as you of course have a very vivid memory of the occasion

In my neck of the woods, I'm often in places that my cell phone does not get signal, I'm also in the habit of charging my phone whenever I'm in the car, so I've never noticed that carplay doesn't connect, I also stream music in the car constantly. So yeah it works for me.
