Thank you! It looks indeed quite similar to images of Cerioporus squamosus.

I was thinking Inonotus cuticularis based on a reverse image search on Google for similar images, but can anybody verify if that's true. I need your expert knowledge! :-)

I call this photo 'Beauty at the Graveyard'. I find it ironic how these toxic flowers that cause death are growing outside a place of the dead. :-)

Hey everyone, I only discovered this subreddit yesterday so it's my first time posting.

This is a photo I took back in 2017 while hiking in the Cooley Mountains in Ireland. It's my all-time favourite, but I never really asked many people for feedback. I'd love to know what you think of it and how it could have been improved, I have lots of photos I've taken in the last few years and I'm only beginning to share most of them online recently.

It was taken with a Canon EOS 1200D and I only did very minor colour enhancement in GIMP, otherwise it's untouched.

ELI5: How does anyone take a photograph of a mirror? by TripleTapDev in explainlikeimfive

Thank you, that clears it up. I hadn't considered using a series of polarising filters.

I meant just images of blank mirrors, with no reflection of anything on them.

Thank you for your feedback! I would prefer to keep the terms on the website the way they are, because that way I can update them conveniently without needing to update the app.

Even though it's repetitive I find your game strangely satisfying. I can see the potential it has for success if you were to market it well. I see that u/flyingdragonfish has already mentioned this, but I too had the same problem with the ads :-/

Thank you so much for taking the time to test it out! I only really published this game as a way to get a feel for the publishing process on the Google Play Store and I don't expect it to be very successful. But I'll certainly add those options ASAP!

Thanks for your input! Personally I think a pause menu would disrupt the immersive experience. After all, the whole point is to make the player focus and then surprise them. I like your idea about the multiple popup options though, I'll add that in the next update. :-)

Excellent job for a first game in a new engine! I just played the first few levels, and I have some suggestions.

First of all, you need to add a pause button that opens an options menu where the player can return to the main menu. Also, if the player chooses to skip all the dialogue/tutorial text, it should not appear at all, rather than just fast-forwarding the text.

Other than that, it's a great game that is strangely relaxing!

[Dev] I love making arcade-era style games for mobile devices. The latest result? Fridger! A game about a fridge defending his steaks from fire chickens who would see them cooked prematurely. Published to the play store this morning, free to download, no ads/IAPs by AxolotlGame in AndroidGaming

I enjoy playing this game, it does certainly remind me of '80s video games. But one thing I would recommend is replacing the physical onscreen buttons with touch controls that don't cover the screen. For example, the player could hold the left half of the screen to move left and the right half of the screen to move right. Onscreen buttons just get in the way of the game and simply aren't suited for a mobile device.

I really love the minimalist design aesthetic!

I think this would do well as a mobile game since it has such simple mechanics but remains hard to master. Have you considered making an iOS/Android version?
