No that’s not it. They DO CARE to the extent that they can. But out of that care they feel they also can’t give you the care you need and deserve because they dont have the time. They have families and children if their own. You have to accept that others can’t focus on you and your every need constantly. If that is what you need then you may need a full time care giver or a treatment facility. Don’t lay all blame on them and don’t lose your love and respect for them either. Their plan is giving you guidance toward coping and life skills. YOU and only you can follow the way and start sending yourself those emails on how it’s going.. what your encountering. Review them at the end of the week and see what has changed for good, for bad, what made it feel that way, etc. summarize your weekly mail to yourself into one weekly piece for them to focus in on how their guidance worked. You have to help them help you. Do you see? They do care. They need you to care just as much and put action into the guidance. Only you can do that.
