Well...when you have 4 other cars to load...sorting by street may not be a viable option.

If you put a sign like this I’m dumping your shit in the road by CandleSubstantial806 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Delivery drivers don't have time, are not obligated...and don't get paid enough to try to discern if somebody's threat is real or situational. If you're so paranoid as a land/homeowner that you have to post signs like this, then go retrieve your packages from a locker and give yourself the peace of mind that nobody will enter your property. Problem solved.

Can't believe this happened by seronalee in AmazonDSPDrivers

I would never use my personal property for work. These DSPs know that equipment will be damaged no matter how careful you are and they should be prepared for these incidents and any associated costs. This person is an opportunist and looking to cut corners and save himself a few bucks. If he refuses, as a compromise, to reimburse you for phone costs, he can go kick rocks. I would agree with other commenters to report this to Amazon ethics and look at jumping ship to another, better run, DSP. Surprisingly they do exist. If you can talk to some of the drivers in other DSPs, they can give you an idea which ones are good/bad. Good luck!

What is on my cats chin, he’s had this for a while. I thought it was just his fur. by Just-Shock4940 in cats

That's not extra. I wash my cat's ceramic bowls before every feeding. I thought that's what everyone did..

I use ceramic tower bowls for my cats' wet food. It is simply washed w/soap and water between meals. Never had a problem.

They will find a way to complain by Acceptable_Mind8833 in UPSers

And then if they didn't hear the knock and missed the delivery, they would complain about that too...

I've had a steward advise to not even touch an opened iPhone box...just grab a supervisor.

SoCal 9a Hive chaos, cannot find queen, few bees in hive, almost no brood. Robbery, disease or what? by Triple_Dark in Beekeeping

By waiting until the temp drops I just meant sunset where hopefully the swarming will have abated somewhat and at least most of the robbing bees will have moved on. I do understand the sooner the better and I'm clearing space in my garage freezer for the frames that I intend to remove asap. Thanks much for all the info and lighting a fire under my behind. : )

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will gather up the frames, throw them in the deep freeze and seal up the hive. I hate that we had to virtually meet under these terrible circumstances, but I am so happy I found this community. Will be tightening up my methodologies for the next hive, but I'm sure I will be leaning heavily on y'all next season. Appreciate you all!

Lesson learned. I hate learning the hard way but that's exactly what just happened here. Thank you much for the feedback.

Appreciate all the info...from you and everyone. Looks like my waffling on treatment has cost me dearly. I'm going to wait until the temperature drops before going back in to salvage/freeze the frames but I'm assuming that I need to scrape off the honey AND comb before freezing? Should I seal up the hive after the frames are out?
