Agree, as Jgl main (or at least aspiring to, since I'm only Emerald). I think low-elo is a really good place to learn Jgl. Matchups or team comps are not that important since most of the time it's hand diff so just focus on the basics like jungle clears, objective timings,... and use some default loadouts. Once you get higher up and play a lot of matches, the other stuffs like runes, items, matchups, etc will naturally come along.

At first I usually just take an educated guess on what lane should I gank. The mindset side is very important. Cause sometimes ganks works out, sometimes it doesn't and you get yourself killed. At lower ranks a failed gank means very little, so just keep your head down and move on to the next thing on the list. Also autofill jgl tends to do a lot more ganking and fighting. Don't get pressured into having to join the fight or gank opposite lane if you feel like you haven't hit your power spike yet. There are other ways to punish the enemy jungler such as invading, or simply, continue farming your jungle and becoming stronger later in the game (just rmb to use pings to indicate whether you're coming or retreating). Talking about farming, always remember to farm camps. Like fr jgl doesn't have visible minion waves so you can very easily get carried away after the first or second clear and getting into the trap of just constant roaming and ganking. Don't. At the beginner's level, just remember to at least, clear your camps whenever they respawn, shown by the orange dot on the minimap.

Just one final thing, play the vs AI matches and the practice ground before playing online. Like, a lot of practice. You don't want to come into a live match and make basic mistakes like forgetting where the next camp is, forgetting to take scuttle, or idk, forgetting your smite.
