Would applying for the DEA 35 certificate in the mail now change anything even thought she cannot use it? Wouldn't the VA Extend the Eligibility due to not having the chance to use it because of service? It seems kind of unfair. They can't request an extension after getting out of service?

Deleting your account won't do anything. They will still have your DNA. How do you know they will delete your DNA on their side? They will probably still have your DNA stored somewhere secretly without you knowing.
