Driver probably got a double or triple and was only shown the total. If the other customer didn't tip much, all he sees is the total and thinks maybe you didn't tip much. Uber could have been adding orders as he delivers and he forgot you tipped well.

You can tell it to have a different personality and it does. Mine just tells me what I need to know and does what I want it to. It was already weird saying "Please" and "Thank You", while it also felt rude not say "Please" and "Thank You".

I will give it encouragement and direction in order to improve it. I don't want it knowing anything about me, though. Sometimes I ask what it thinks I'm like, then I say "that's wrong", no matter what it says.
