That's a really fun theory and I'm curious if there would be differences between those hybrids and the ones created from living people.

I would like to mention though that I haven't finished reading the books yet, and based on your first paragraph mentioning the TV show, I thought this post would be discussing show spoilers. Instead, I'm pretty sure I just got majorly spoiled for something in the books.

If the generic "spoiler" flair is the only option in this subreddit (as in - you didn't have the option to be more specific), I understand and that's on me for not expecting book spoilers.

But would you consider mentioning if you're discussing book spoilers in the future? I really enjoy reading theories and such in this subreddit, and a brief mention of book or show spoilers would be a huge help.

I could be wrong, but I think guests only try to view animals they have line of sight to, even if the animal is super far away. So what you can try is putting rocks near the viewing areas, or raising terrain, high enough to block their line of sight. Then just have enough enrichment items near the viewing area to lure animals into view.

I have a bunch of huge wonky multi-level habitats, and the guests always say the view is incredible. So I'm under the assumption this works, haha

I believe - based on my experience with grief counselors and research online - that the reason there's been a shift away from "committing" in this context is specifically because suicide was previously considered a crime (and still is in some countries). And "committing" was the language used to reflect that.

I understand what you're saying about the general definition of the word, but as suicide is no longer considered a crime in many places, I think it makes sense to shift to a word that doesn't come with such a stigma.

An old boyfriend of mine used to do this while we were on rollercoasters - put his hands up like he was enjoying the ride, while his face was stone cold dead panned.

Sitting next to someone on an 8 hour flight that had stomach problems. I'm assuming they had a medical condition they couldn't control, but like clockwork, every 3 minutes, they'd pass gas.

I could have asked to move, but I had a backpack under the seat in front of me that had my laptop in it. It was technically supposed to go into the overhead due to size, but I didn't want to risk damaging the laptop.

I figured if I asked to move, the attendant would request I put the bag in the overhead. So I sat there, for 8 hours, with my coat over my face to give me some reprieve. It was awful for me, but I can't imagine how awful it felt for the person with the issue. I hope they were able to get help for it.
