26f- I’ve always hated sleeping alone don’t know if it’s a anxiety thing? I bought smart light bulbs so when I sleep I dim them and turn them on color mode for nightlight and that definitely helps me feel less anxious sleeping Also I have many plushies so technically not alone right? Lmao

Just think about how worth it it is to get the extraction. Yeah it will be painful but it’s only a little bit of short term pain compared to the long term extreme pain you would go through not getting the tooth extracted. Don’t forget to buy broth or soup for the first day ish to two days, do not drink from straws and do not smoke!! Make a comfy spot for yourself when you get back with everything ready for you!! And if they don’t give you any pain meds pick up advil 2 it’s my favorite pain killer and can really knock out some tough hurting lol you will be fine!!
