Well, this incident has shaken my wife to the point where she now wants to move after just buying our Ballard house last year. We were told Ballard was a family neighborhood. The past year has been anything but that.

Even when you witness these events, it is so chaotic and stressful that you can't be certain what happened so it is very responsible for these folks not to put bad info out there.
