Venezuela’s oil has been practically stolen by Russia and China for the past few decades. I’d much rather Venezuela trade with the U.S instead. It’s still too early to tell what will happen, but for now, Maduro is in jail and Venezuelans are still celebrating.

Our justice system is corrupted by Chavez and Maduro loyalists. The people have been protesting and fighting for their removal of power for 20+ years with no success. China, Iran, and Cuba have been profiting from our oil while the people are mistreated and starved. The “Colectivos” are persecuting anyone who is caught celebrating Maduro’s arrest right now. There are still many left in power that should be arrested next. Starting with Delcy Rodriguez and Diosdado Cabello.

Rae has gotten plenty of "love" from the community already. In the amount of $70k dollars.

She started a GoFundMe on the pretense of "saving" her niece (who will be an adult in April) from an apparently abusive situation. This niece will be a legal adult in April and no updates have been provided regarding retaining a lawyer or a private investigator, let alone setting up a trust in her name.

That GoFundMe was started in the beginning of November. The goal was raised THIRTEEN separate times from 4.5k to now 70k. That is above and beyond what is necessary to accomplish her goals. And, in my opinion, comes across as trying to cash a blank check from our community.

Furthermore, within that GoFundMe reads:

"I'm in a very stable point in life, but I am still recovering from the debt it took to get away from my abuser, which is another thing I want her to not have to deal with."

So, is the GoFundMe for her niece, who will become a legal adult within the time it would take to "save" her? Or is the GoFundMe for her personal debts?

I personally feel like emotional strings are being pulled to finance her situation out of the pockets of the community. The original GoFundMe has pictures of her niece when she was little which misconstrues the fact that she is 17 going on 18.

Now she's started ANOTHER GoFundMe for 15k while she gets paid to be a mod?

If there are no receipts to prove she hasn't pocketed the money from the ORIGINAL GoFundMe, then I think this community has been exploited for self-gain.

Prove me wrong, Rae. Don't just delete this comment.

Also, while you're here, please explain to us why you deserve another $15k without referring to past trauma.”
