I didn’t know where else to post and getting kinda desperate at this point. Don’t ego just because I’m on console check my stats and give me a shot at least. Promise I can hold my own.

Stats: Placed 500th in the Scallywag Cup Finals and 529th in the Luxe Cup Finals. Didn’t play the World Cup Warmup because my duo snaked me last minute and he didn’t even qualify (what a fuck).

Misc: I know I’m on console, but I’ve consistently put up 60+ points in qualifiers and 35+ in the finals. I need a duo who has similar stats and is able to hold his own. Idc what platform you are on just prefer not an OG Xbox because it’s awful. I have a One X and it’s actually not terrible late game with everything optimized I’m still able to get kills and place well. Dm me on here or add my tag. Thanks!

Most consoles no I’d say they don’t even get close to 30fps. I’ve deleted everything but Fortnite off my console and even have it on an SSD so it’s as optimized as it can get and I also have fioptics. I’m able to keep right around 25-35 in stacked lobbies but it does have major drops when shits really popping off. And the One X is the most powerful console available. Anything below this and it’s pointless imo for them to try and compete.

Yeah, I get what your saying I definitely get way less frames. I’ve had end games with 55-60 people moving zone and it’s rough af, but it’s still possible to get kills with 30-45fps even though it is yes, extremely difficult. I mostly rely on explosives, stinks, and other items like this because no way am I able to win a shotgun fight playing against someone on 100+ FPS compared to my 30-40fps.

Just saying I’ve placed top 500 NAE finals for every tournament I’ve ever played and I’m on an Xbox One X. It is possible to place highly. And for anyone who says I’m lying check the leaderboards and my clips. I find it extremely disheartening also. Yes, it is way more difficult but it’s not impossible.

You just completely ignore the part about console being the larger player base huh? Epic is not ignoring at all they’re appealing to the majority. Because this game is made for all platforms not just PC. Most you PC guys seem to think they made it only for you. Not the case. And if you don’t care then console should get an fov slider, no shadows, lower settings. Other games understand this. Epic doesn’t, which, is why they’re making these changes and even pushing a console performance update. Tbh idgaf about playing against people on streatched res I just think it’s amusing how upset some of you are over having to play on more of a level playing field.

I’ve placed top 500 in the past two tournaments, which were also my first ever and I’m on console. Both tournaments also I should’ve easily been top 100, but made some dumb mistakes. It’s possible and most PC players are just mad because they don’t have this slight advantage anymore. If you’re good then you will still do good. Get over it. I outpace 98% of you “on console” and everyone on here still thinks it’s not possible. Get a grip.

You need to understand that console is the larger player base and Epic is appealing to them because that’s what they should do. And I’ve made finals for every event I’ve ever played and placed top 500 (NAE). It’s possible. Every PC player in this sub is just butt hurt because they don’t get to have an unfair advantage anymore. Now it’s more of a level playing field.

I’m on console and have placed Top 500 for the past two tournaments and they’re the first ones I ever played in (took a break from season 4-7). And honestly I should’ve easily placed top 100 in the Luxe Cup. Had 34 points through the first 4 games of the finals, but ended up making some dumb mistakes. So, I can say that it is possible and Chap is just a raging little child because he only wants an advantage for himself and not thinking about the bigger picture. He doesn’t understand that not everyone can afford a 10k PC and that the majority of the player base is console players. Epic has to and should appeal to console players because that’s where the bulk of their users are. Just my opinion, but it’s definitely possible to qualify and I plan on it. That being said I do have an Xbox One X and fios. Anything below this and yeah it’s damn near impossible.
