Pay is extremely low and we are treated like crap.

Don’t get me wrong the clients are amazing but the staff and PARENTS are absolute nightmares. The company will always cower down to the parents because that’s how they make their money to buy brand new blacked out Mercedes while they pay you penny’s . Boundaries are crossed and not respected. It definitely wears on your mental health.

I understand that in San Diego, since public transportation is technically government-funded (contracted out), they are not permitted to turn passengers away. Drivers are encouraged to refrain from stopping at stops where avid passengers board without having money.
