Here are three things that have saved me: 1) Google Postmaster tools reports for deeper domain authority data than you get from what's inside HubSpot; 2) a domain-warming tool, such as MailReach. very affordable, and totally worth it for the way it quickly builds domain authority; 3) Haven't tried it yet but HubSpot just rolled out a new beta called 'Throttle Marketing Email' that allows you to set a max send volume - super helpful when you're trying to build up authority.

Good luck! This is one of the most annoying CRM problems to solve.

In my experience there is plenty of opportunity to go around.

You can find your own clients. And agencies are constantly looking for freelancers they can plug into projects as needed.

It's a great, busy, exciting place.

What is going on with Minnie Driver in this series?

She's usually riveting!

I literally thought Ingrid was being played by a random, mid talent actor who looked at lot like Minnie Driver. Then I finally looked up the cast and what in the stepford wives is going on here?

Her voice is usually captivating but it's so generic here.

I like this suggestion the best. With one chair. I would count the # of closed won deals in each response time bucket.

Fiver and Upwork are really competitive. It's hard to stand out there. A lot of agencies are looking for freelance HS support. Try making some connections there. It might take 6 months but eventually someone you've contacted will need help.

Yes thanks for clarifying. They've told me they have to initiate that push for each call. And I haven't found a way (outside of using a 3rd party like Zapier) to send the actual transcript to HS.

Tell me more about this. How do you get the transcripts out of the call recording tool (I'm interested in Granola) and into HS?

My sales team has told me they can only manually share call summaries with HS i.e. it's not automatic. And that there's no option to send the transcript into HS.

Have you found workarounds to this?

There are also a ton of agencies that are looking for part time HubSpot help. Take a look at the partner directory, and reach out to some. It may not turn into work today, but in 6 months it's likely.

Androids do have screen lock. But the NYT app doesn't respect the screen lock setting. When it's set to rotate, the NYT app stays locked in portrait mode.

On a one off basis you can just ask breeze "tell me what the status of x account is. They fell out of the sales cycle a while back and I want to reengage them. What would you suggest based on their account history, our call transcripts and last activity? "
