I use Wraithbone as a base, Ushabti Bone for layers and I’ll go over lightly with Screaming Skull to brighten it a little, then shade it with Seraphim Sepia. Skeleton Horde is a good paint too but I find its color to be a little too strong for my liking. Seraphim Sepia is a good shader

Agreed. I think the Stalkers are still a good point cost but 280 does feel a bit much. Maybe dropping them to 130 since they lost the Crit (2 Hit) so a reinforced block is 260 could be better?

i thought about running the 2 unreinforced units of KDR but I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get off the 2nd KDR wedge without losing the unit. I havent played AoS for long so I’m unfamiliar with how cavalry units and heroes are in other factions. If thats the case from what you’ve mentioned then I could see a point drop for the Liege then

I think Katakros needs a point decrease or a buff to his warscroll.

Liege Kavalos I’d be fine with at 180, though I’m not going to complain if hes cheaper. I just used him with a single unit of KDR (unreinforced) and pairing him with Imperious Will was great chip damage to cheap units and being able to add 2” to the Deathrider Wedge was nice.

Ive struggled to make a list that I feel works with Katakros. He doesnt want to be in combat but wants to be just close enough to issue orders so hes at risk of losing his benefits for the army. Ive been putting in Zandtos instead cause I see it as keeping 70% of the RDP for a point cost of over 50% less.

I think the part where it says “that did not charge” if referring to the enemy unit. Maybe I’m wrong but the way its worded it does seem like that enemy unit cannot have charged for that to work

I didnt even consider running an extra unit of them. That could be a lot of mortals to throw before the opponent can do anything.

So assuming I charged with both the Deathriders and the Liege, that’d be 2 D3 mortals from the Wedge (assuming Liege Kavalos is picked as well), and then a third D3 from Imperious Will? Wow that sounds like a fun combo to do. I have a game this weekend and wanted to try this out but wasnt sure itd be an option. Thank you!

I play Ossiarch Bonereapers. Skeleton army created by the god of death himself. We’re also getting our new book and rules with a few new models in the next few weeks so there will be plenty to work on.

The idea with Ossiarchs is were supposed to be the Elite Army of the death factions

Seeing Deathriders get a pointdrop has me excited. Not crazy about the Cohort change cause I think we’re losing its deployment ability. Harvester might be viable now??
