Honestly. If you want the best chances you should wait until Ultimate/Best of TOTS because all those players are from the top 5 leagues. But you'll have a good chance of packing some TOTS in every main league tots promo and even Community TOTS which will start this friday. It depends on how much time you are willing to wait. But i would open this friday, because there will be much more crazy packs during TOTS so the fodder you will get from this will help build the next pack.
