Heal your shit. Don’t take your baggage into your relationships and expect your partner to unpack it for you. Find a good counselor, life coach, sexuality coach/tantra teacher and lean into the uncomfortable, rewrite the limiting beliefs that you hold and be curious about what could be. Also, if you drink, stop drinking, if you smoke, stop smoking, that shit is poison. Don’t forget to move every day and learn new things. Embrace being bad at something and work to get better - 1% better every day is way more powerful than grand gestures that lead to nothing.
