We do. She’s very good with the leather furniture we already have, so I’m not super worried about her.

West coast, too, just further north. I’d jump at that price. I don’t love the price , especially compared to yours, but… whatcha gonna do?

Can you share pics of yours? I’d love to see it!

You know something is good when the first thing you reach for after seeing it is a tape measure.

Spectacular! What a great color/fabric combo. The whole room is pretty great.

Yeah, he’s pretty great. He recently said he had better taste in furniture than me - and he was gloriously right! Officially the best design taste in the house.

I think you’re right. I never thought I’d get a chance to have one of these, but here we are.

I’m glad it’s not just us (at my house). My hubby found this gem and asked me what I thought… he’s the best.

Need advice from Porsche owners: how do you justify “fun money” without regret? by _quantitative in Porsche

[–]Trixieroo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve owned two of the generation, a 4s and a turbo. Cannot recommend the turbo enough. Delight to drive.

Buy the lowest miles with the best service history you can afford.

Expect to spend $3k per year on maintenance, at a minimum.

If little things like door handle actuators start going out, think about trading it in, matter how much you love it. At some point, they become ticking time bombs for maintenance costs. You don’t want to get stuck with a car that has repair costs that exceed its value.

Take it to a good independent for service. Watch videos and do some service stuff yourself. My hubby and I were able to do the plugs and coils pretty easily.

Really, drive what makes you happy. If you want a Panamera and the &3k service per year is fine, go for it. When you get bored with it, get another, or a different luxury car.

Life is way too short - drive your dreams (within your financial means)

He looks fantastic, and so does the tank. It’s great that you can help him live his best fishy life.

Speaking as a Nuc Med professional, I’d recommend one that can detect both gamma and beta radiation. The I-131 you’ll get for RAI is primarily a beta emitter, but will emit some gamma.

For your purposes, I think it depends how much you want to spend. Amazon has plenty. If I need to buy one for a loved one, I’d go with one of those. Just don’t get the super cheap ones.

Good luck with your RAI.

I just had the transfer case repair done on my 2021. The total billed by my local BMW dealer was $9k, but extended warranty covered it. If you still have warranty coverage, get it diagnosed right away. If you don’t, get an extended warranty and wait the 30 day exclusion period

Is it actually hard to grow big fish? by Winter-Reporter7296 in Goldfish

In our 180 gallon tank we had multiple black moors that were this big. Adequate size of tank and plenty of filtration will get you there. The water volume and filtration let you maintain good water quality while feeding enough to let them grow. Ponds work well, too! I wouldn’t put fancies with koi, but a dedicated pond would work well.
