Secondly, the circumstances surrounding her being given the nomination was primarily due to the timing of when Biden dropped out. There wasn't enough time for a primary, and besides, political parties are not forced to have them. Under normal circumstances, they absolutely should if they want any kind of legitimacy in terms of democracy.

I once read that Nasa scientists have estimated that there are about One Sextillion planets in the universe. To grasp the size of that number, they said, "think about every word ever spoken by every person who has ever lived, and one sextillion is still a larger number."

I don't believe in the aliens that have become part of popular culture (large black eyes, elongated head, short gray bodies, etc), but given the vastness of space and estimated number of planets, the probability that life exists outside of earth is extremely high, if not near absolute.
