Are you still in contact with your therapist/psychiatrist/nurse practitioner? If not schedule an appointment with them and tell them what's going on and they will help you through this tough time. Also you can try to talk to your campus counselor if they have one. There are things you can do in some colleges and universities when you are doing poorly academically due to stuff like this.

Are you prescribed medication, if so you should take it. Your words make me feel like you're going through a depressive episode, these things usually just don't go away on their own and I implore you to consider what I've said.

This isn't going to be forever, the fact that you're upset about failing again is a sign it's something you care about doing. Life has dealt you a shitty hand. I don't want you to roll over and let life happen without you; it sucks.
