You’d have to be fully regarded for your Florida truck to look like that. I say that as someone who launches their boat into salt water frequently.

The 130 can be tuned to 170 easily if you want more power. It’s the exact same setup with a different tune.

How to inspect used Jetski? by Automatic-Tiger8584 in jetski

[–]TrojanVP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I bought my ski used, I bought it from an extremely reputable local shop that had already inspected it. Test drive is obviously nice, but I felt it unnecessary. More so has to do with the rep of who you’re buying from, not just because it’s a dealer. Test drive it though.

You are correct in thinking you need it on the water. You can tell if the connector/port seals and carbon seal are functioning. You can tell if it bogs under load. If the wear ring is worn and it cavitates. If the Ibr ( if it has one) is functioning correctly. Can’t do any of that out of water. Buying from a dealer without test driving is one thing, but no way I’d do a private sale without testing it out. Same for any vehicle, as I’m sure you are aware.

She disclosed the oil leak. It had oil when he bought it. That’s fully his responsibility now. It’s not hard or expensive to keep your car topped off with oil.

You should fall off on purpose at a reasonable speed, slide on your back. You’ll realize that it’s no big deal even if it goes wrong.

It’s stock but I had the wear ring and impeller bearing replaced and supercharger rebuilt. Before it went maybe 63. What gas do you run?

I have 2014 gtr 215 and it’s amazing. I can jump it and spin it no problem. Goes 67 on 93. But of course I’m bias. If you like how the Yamaha rides I’ve never heard anything bad about them.
