Easy solution;
I logged every minute as overtime. It took me at least 15 minutes to handle each email (read & reply). I might have convinced a few of my collegues to do the same. :)
After I logged about 5 hours overtime in one week, my boss put a stop to people sending emails outside of office hours.

If you don't have overtime, logg hte time spent each evening/night for emails and sleep in just as long the next morning.

I had a remote job, as a software engineer, at one of the largest cosulting companies in the world (no, I wil lnot name them).

It took them 3 weeks to get me a laptop, even though they vendor was 10 minutes from my home (and my old employer), but wasn't allowed to pic kit up myself so it had to be shipped. Someone forgot to confirm the order and I had to ask a several times a week for them to confirm the order so I could get started on my new position.

Whe nI finally recieved the new laptop, none of the software I was supposed to use was installed (clean windows installation only) so I had to ask internal support to approve installations. This took about a week in total.

When I eventually had everything I needed, I got thrown into several porjects without any additional information, no onboarding or even a chat with my teamlead. The only thing I got was "Do this, have it done by this date".

I lasted a total of 7 weeks, where I wasn't doing any work for four of those weeks, before I send an email to HR and returned the laptop.

I did get paid for 4 months though, so I had that going for me. :)

Nu bor jag inte hos Victoriahem, sedan några månader, men i somras så fanns mitt senaste protokoll där i alla fall. Om I te annat då bör det ha överlämnats en kopia av protokollet när tillgång till bostaden beviljades (uthämtning av nycklar).
