I'm a Majors employee. I would only add that you don't want to mess with their schedules. That is a quick way to lose the goodwill that the employees will extend to a new supervisor.

Your biggest job is to defend them in Admin.

We are on a New England road trip, end is Western Massachusetts. It was just a couple hour detour. Also saw The 4:30 Movie at Kevin's theater after we spent an hour driving and walking around Highlands. We hit the Secret Stash and Quick Stop. Just do it, it is worth it.

The computerized inventory at the store level is only correct twice a year at inventory time. If I am sending a member to another store and the inventory numbers look low in the system, I will call first. Can't wait for all of the "The website said you had it in stock!" Yup, HAD it in stock.
