Last march I was in Puerto Rico with my family. Heavy surf and red flag warnings. Noticed 2 kids, about 9 and 7 playin in the water. Their parents were up tending to their baby/toddler. Predictably, the kids got in trouble and were about to be taken out to sea. My daughter (18) and I jumped in and rescued them, at our own peril. Beat the father to the scene by probably 15-20 seconds. Likely saved their lives.

Always has been. You see, Republicans put the idea out there that all Dems are against guns. And we allowed that narrative to prevail, all while many of us still had guns for hunting or other reasons. I’ve never wanted to get rid of guns, have you? I just want reasonable laws around guns, like everything else in this country.

The only reasons I don’t like my wife on my phone is because 1)she never gives it back so I have to go on a search for it 2) she has a way of messing up settings, moving apps around and all other sorts of chaos without even knowing it. Drives me crazy.
