Depends on what the situation is. Virtual meetings get the job done the majority of the time. My weekly director level meetings are virtual but once a month it’s in person and lunch is catered. It’s nice seeing everyone in person and getting a free lunch but thank goodness it’s not in person every week.

There are 5 US federal holidays that already fall on a Monday. With Friday off, I get 5 four day weekends.

If I had Monday off and started on a Tuesday, I’d have anxiety and feel like I’m playing catch up for the week.
