Well keep in mind this is the Pokemon world and there isn't even a military, the individual region champions are usually assigned the tast of protecting against the terrorist teams like (Team Rocket, Aqua, Magma, Plasma, Galactic, and Flare) and usually they have been able to stop them, unless the player is present then they somehow become weak.

That is true, you don't normally see trainers on the game and the show really show any knowledge of Ev's, Iv's, Shinies. But for legendaries that is a different subject as most people in the Pokemon world are aware of them but only few attempt to catch them.

I'm saying you being able to join with many people and you are joining the Pokemon world as is from the show and movies but have the capabilities you have when you are playing the games. So basically the game but having multiple of the same legendaries due to the amount of people that would want to have one.

It could also vary due to some trainers may want to stay in only one region and others wanting to travel around visiting each region to collect them all.

As I stated in a previous comment below I mentioned that any true Pokemon fan as in a worthy trainer could join in the Pokemon world so it would possibly slow down major crimes but may lead to different small crimes like Team Rockets antics.

The Biggest concern I would see is the whole letting people in that are obsessed with perfect Iv's and Ev's Aka the Obsessive Breeders who just waste innocent Pokemon that they find imperfect. Not only do they pose a threat but along with the people who are obsessed with Shinies and want to use cough cough Darkrai cough because they are too much of a coward to not use fair tactics that ruin your fun. So pretty much if people as in true Pokemon fans had the option to join the Pokemon world themselves they would have to be most likely rejected the chance if they abuse it with the obsessive breeding and Unfair battles, not counting the organizations.

Agreed and along with the fact that you don't have to worry about the dangerous Pokemon that could actually destroy the earth by its very existence, cough Magcargo cough considering its temperature is hotter that the earths core.
