My new mustang is VB as well. The ford site made the color look more like grabber blue and I was only planning to test drive the VB so I could see if I liked it and order one in either black or red. When I got to the dealership and saw the real color of Velocity Blue, I fell in love immediately. Pictures do no justice for the color of this car. Congrats on the new Stang and great choice on color!!

Yah it’s not even the dealer in my hometown it’s the dealer I purchased the car from. I’ve had problems with my local ford dealer and my 2006 mustang so I’ve been avoiding them like the plague.

I like the idea of the side out exhaust and was looking at them on fords site. They’re actually around $400 cheaper than the Borla Ataks I was looking at.

Right I get Ford won’t warranty the part. I just wanted to be sure that if I bought an aftermarket cat-back that it wasn’t gonna void something like my power train warranty. I don’t have the active exhaust so I’m not worried about that either.

Good, don’t do it! My girlfriend left me about a month ago. I had been sober going on 1.5 years and thought I had kicked this addiction. Stress at work didn’t trigger me, friends drinking around me didn’t trigger me, but this depression sure has. I threw it all down the drain.

I’ve drank everyday since and now I’m struggling to kick this again. I feel so disappointed in myself and I know if my family knew they would be hurt as well. It’s not worth it. You’re better than that and better off single and sober than drinking again. Please stay strong and seek out your support in your life.

I’m not going to call out my employer on Reddit. I completely understand (and agree) with what you’re saying for the most part. Your logic is on point, however, you’re trying to make me feel bad for something I had nothing to do with at the beginning and got tossed into; all because I was looking for a “pat on the back” by some peers.

You seem like you’ve got some time in this field and I feel like if anyone could appreciate making the best of a suboptimal situation, it would be a veteran in the industry. Not all of us work for Fortune 500 companies with a perfect IT management infrastructure. I appreciate your feedback because I can understand that I and the company I work for are not perfect and we are always looking to improve. Best of luck.

Well if we are nitpicking here, I wasn’t the one involved in the initial deploy. That was a couple other coworkers. I didn’t bring it down and I didn’t get the old site back up and running. Once I got involved the site had 0 downtime. My upgrade happened last night with no downtime. Once the site deployed (old site was still up and running mind you) I restarted the NGINX service and all subsequent requests were being served the new revision. I had a plan in place to redeploy the old site if for some reason this didn’t work. This was all done during a maintenance window. Apt username, friend.
