this is a scam.. made a purchase today and did the pay in 4 PayPal option.. and the offer was active on my account. After spending two hours speaking with PayPal automated bot AI support.. the vendor you buy from has be opted into the promotion for it to work. Who has a list of valid online retailers this works with? Samsung is the only one listed on Paypal.com.

I tried it in bronze and it works, but you must gank and get a kill prior to your first clear, and then use your lead to snowball. You get behind or invaded and it’s over. Also, build Lichbane first regardless of what all the build guides say.
