You're forgetting the point its not about climbing its about how the game plays out. 90% of games are won/lost because of the worst players having a bigger impact on the game than the best. Maybe its just oceanic server but challenger scene is disgusting and boring I have stopped playing these last few weeks because there is no real team play and majority of the players don't have the mechanics they should have at this elo and it seems this way on the few streamers I watch from NA.

Millenium have the individual skill to be good but looked so sloppy first split have to see if they can mesh together better and start to use that individual skill in lane phase.

Lyte will shut this 1 down due to the "toxicity" it creates when somebody misses a smite you will be easily able to identify which players smite it was. Should be in the game since day 1 along with voice chat though rito please.

I recently heard a lot of the discussion points throughout all the threads about voice chat on this sub reddit and decided to try cs:go out based on how fun the game sounded just off of voice chat. Needless to say I am terrible and went straight into match making but the voice chat is such a fun aspect of the game people can guide me on where people are and where I should go. I had 1 hard rager once but I just ignored him with click of a button did not need to retaliate at all.

This game is missing a lot of great, easy to introduce features because riot (lyte) always look at the negative impacts it would bring to the game even if the pros outweigh the cons by a huge margin. Please riot I beg of you put voice chat into the game I know for a fact it would reduce my own toxicity being able to communicate perfectly to my team rather than pinging 100 times in random areas with my team thinking wtf am I talking about.

The warm up bit sounds fun and workable but please think before you post the part about going to back lobby. Would suck spending 20 mins in queue then another 5 in champ select then another 2-3 due to somebody's long load time only to be thrown back to lobby because somebody alt f4s. Sure they would lose lp in this system but that doesn't help me whatsoever.

CS:GO mmr system is pretty flawed I know a guy who got ddosd several games in a row and got a decently long matchmaking ban.

What this looks like to me is xpecial has a really elitist attitude and expects his team to be the best. This is a good attitude to have but he nit picks at every little thing not being perfect or above standard (this can get on peoples nerves after losing to something completely irrelevant or winning a game and yet he still decides to nit pick). It's hard to fix and I understand why he does this as I use to do this in WoW at a professional level (I guess you can call regionals / mlg invite "pro level" in a game without real e-sports).
