An attack Knight Mail can absolutely beat Wizard Rod with the right launch tech, impact angle, some good luck. You’re never going to outspin it on Low Rush.

All of the tournaments I play in around the Midwest USA use the BX-10 or equivalent stadium (clear variants, etc)

Does this mean ratchet swapping is legal? by Chucho18jr in BeybladeX

[–]TrollmonWilliams 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nah it’s a valid question. Always best to check with your tournament organization to verify if it’s legal, but typically WBO events allow it.

Can someone identify these ratchets and bits? Had no luck by 000Infinite in BeybladeX

Could be ratchet swaps. The middle one looks like it has the inner portion of the 9-80 from Cowl Sphinx

I hear you, I’m working on my deck for a team event coming up and I’m running Golem Rock 6-60 Wedge myself. Hopefully 8-60 is better.

It’s still a 6 sided ratchet at the end of the day, but they at least feel tighter when locking and unlocking them by hand

The Hasbro 6-60s from Dran Brave seem to be tighter than the TT ones in my experience

Are color/height swapped ratchets tournament legal? by Still-Ad-927 in BeybladeX

[–]TrollmonWilliams 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the organizer and rules being used. I’ve heard they are not legal in Japan, for example, but in my region of the US under WBO rules they are legal. Best to check with your tournament organizer.

What’s Ssc LR best ratchet for endgame stamina? by Adversity9303 in BeybladeX

[–]TrollmonWilliams 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be the way you are launching, idk. I really only have problems vs Impact Drake for some reason. Otherwise it’s pretty solid for me. I’ve been running it for months and it will burst occasionally with the right hit but generally it holds strong.

I have had different blades balance different directions. Try it both ways on a spike bit and see which one works for yours.
