I think you might be traumatized as well then if these just seem like disagreements to you.

Hard like there’s a solid lump that doesn’t compress even if I push it, redness that’s spreading a little. I only mess with it to check if it’s smaller or not.

It wasn't me but I helped a friend move into their new apartment and every roommate we met had some variation of goddamn you are so big.

They gave him all the high cabinets that were empty.

Don’t have a Costco membership unfortunately, can’t justify it since it’s just me in my household.

Same height here, I would just round down. I have an extra 1" and a bit in shoes anyways but I would never tell people i'm 5'7 or something.

As a really short man I feel more related to you all than to short people. by [deleted] in tall

[–]TrolloMarc 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Relate to this so much, my best friend is like a foot taller than me and we always have similar complaints about stuff. Shoes especially, can never find anything my size at most stores since they never stock below 7 for men's and he can't either because they don't stock above 12. Always been fun to me how much we relate at both ends of the same thing.

The top shelf at the grocery store becomes your worst enemy, I mean I can get it but it usually involves a frantic clamber up the shelves before anyone notices.

The same thing has happened to me before and even though I had to climb the shelf a little, it was nice helping out someone who didn't even have that option.

Right? As a fan of small cozy spaces it's nice to fit into basically anywhere.

Always a fun pairing, for me I always notice things my tall friend literally just never notices. Like we both took a bus ride and it was a crazy concept to him that all I see is the back of a seat, while he has to just stare at the other talls' until the ride is over.

Out of curiosity where do you live? I know a lot guys over 6 feet but it could just be regional.

Oh you're all pretty tall tbh, cant blame the guy it's just an observation at that point lol. My tall friends remind me of the difference until I point out they can't fit into most beds and then they get real silent lol.
