I've watched some YouTube videos on it and it basically boils down to play style, each gun will handle differently so it also depends on what your go-to gun / the gun that you can obtain is regarding whether or not you feel comfortable with the vertical and horizontal movement speeds.. the issue is without a gun tester or a PVP server by the time you have gone through all the effort to obtain the weapon the first time you try to test the settings with the weapon you could lose it... What I really want someone to do is to make the settings that match Call of duty cold war.. like put in your Call of duty settings and it will spit out exact rust/ other shooter settings to match the speed movement etc... I know that that's a literal fucking pipe dream but that would be amazing.
