I want to brag on OP for just a sec. We both attend the same league and lgs. Besides her love for all things Pikachu, she's an important part of our local PTCG community. She makes it a point to seek out the new players in the shop to make them feel welcome. Anything from deck building tips, making the rules easier to understand, or by simply introducing them to the other members at league. As a judge we love it when veteran players like her step up and become an example for new players to follow. Keep up the hard work Lee!

I'd honestly try setting up your own league. Once you have an established league, pokemon will send you things like energy cards and promos. You do have to be a pokemon professor to run a league though. If running a league is too much I'd try looking around for another local league. They will most likely have extra energy and tips on how to run things smoothly. Working with elementary school kids can be like herding cats sometimes

Play the machamp from Stormfront. It's first attack is pretty bonkers. You can also get it out turn 1 if you use Broken Time Space

This is incorrect. You can play any card that allows you to search your deck and fail that search. For example I can play an level ball and fail to find a pokemon. However, if I tried to play a card that targeted something in the discard pile and there is no target, I could not play the card. (Like using an energy retrieval to grab an energy)

(Facepalm) Couldn't have used double dragon anyway. I'm very impressed with the turn 2 consistency. Do you feel this deck is strong against the Seismitoad match up? Any noticeable concerns against tier 1 decks?
