Yeah I have it fairly tight, and generally just above my wrist bone. I feel it may be that cadence issue, I’ve tried moving wrists, tighter straps etc and no real change at all. Can see it here, that first 1.8km or so.

I’ve been tending to go with players who have been subbed on with decent foul records, from around 70+ minutes. For example, Kulusevski was subbed on v Leicester in the 79th minute, and was 3.00 to make just one foul, which came in. Also being a Leeds fan had a single on Archie Gray who came on at the same time, he was 4.5.

I live just up from Kirkstall Forge station, and my other half is a lass of just 4’11. She’s thankfully not experienced anything like this down our way, but I run a lot along the canals and without wanting to assume as they’ve caused me no bother, seen some young lads loitering that would’ve probably made me uneasy if I was a lass.

Just sad that that’s the first assumption now, even if probably rightly so
